The Smiddy is a small country pub restaurant in the village of Ashkirk.

We are to be found half way between Hawick and the Royal Burgh of Selkirk.

Just off the A7, you will find the Smiddy on the left as you enter the village.

A regular bus service stops at the end of the road.
